You can order your badges on line by filling in the required fields and clicking on the "send" button. Your form will be automatically forwarded to the Badge Secretary, who will confirm receipt of your order and assemble it for shipment, pending receipt of your payment.

Your order will not be shipped until payment is received. Please see "Terms of Sale" for more information and for assistance with ordering.
